Clipwright Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-14-draft
Draft, not reviewed by a lawyer. These terms are a working draft written from Clipwright's product rules. They will be reviewed by a lawyer before any paid launch. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies.
Clipwright is operated by EMAVIC Global Concept ("we", "us"). Contact: support@emavicglobalconcept.com.
1. Who these terms are for
These terms apply to every company ("you") that creates a Clipwright workspace, and to every person who uses Clipwright on its behalf. By accepting them for a workspace, you confirm you may accept them for that company. They are accepted together with the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.
2. What Clipwright does
Clipwright records tours of your own web product, adds a narration, captions and your brand, and, once your company is verified, posts the videos to the social accounts you connect. Videos are made from your live product: Clipwright never changes what your product shows, except for the cursor, highlights, zoom, blur and the overlays you choose.
3. Your account and workspace
- Keep your sign-in safe. Two-step verification is required.
- The roles you give members decide what they can do. You are responsible for what your members do in your workspace.
- Tell us at once if you think someone used your account without permission.
4. Verification
- You can record and make private drafts once your email is confirmed, but only of domains you have shown you control.
- Connecting social accounts, publishing and scheduling require your company and the people acting for it to be verified (company registration, identity check, a company email domain). There is no way around verification: not by plan and not by request.
- We may re-check verification, and we may pause publishing while a check is open or if it lapses.
5. Your content and your responsibility
- You are responsible for everything you record and publish: what your product shows, the personal data that appears in it, your right to show it, the narration, captions and claims, and following the rules of the platforms you post to.
- Record only products you own or are authorized to record. Use demo accounts with fictional data where you can, and blur anything private.
- You keep all rights to your content. You give Clipwright the permission it needs to store, process and publish your content for you, only to provide the service.
- You will defend and indemnify Clipwright against claims that arise from your content or from your use of Clipwright against these terms.
6. Personal data
For personal data in your content, you are the controller and Clipwright is your processor. The Data Processing Agreement (to be published with the reviewed terms) is part of these terms. Clipwright secures the data, reports breaches, deletes it when you ask and keeps the records the law requires. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Voices, AI and disclosure
- Narration may be made by synthetic voices or written with AI help. Clipwright sets the AI-content labels the destination platforms require, and you must not remove them.
- A member may record their own voice only for themselves, after agreeing to the consent shown in the product. They can withdraw it at any time; their recordings are then deleted.
8. Posting to social platforms
Clipwright posts only through each platform's official API, to accounts you connect, with the fewest permissions it needs. Platforms may limit or refuse posts under their own rules; Clipwright can't promise a platform will accept or keep a post.
9. Plans and payment
Plans, limits and prices are shown in the product. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.
10. Suspension and ending
- We may warn, limit or suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that puts others at risk. Serious breaches may be suspended at once.
- You may delete your workspace at any time. It can be restored for 30 days, then its content, media and secrets are deleted for good. Audit records are kept as the law requires.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy change in a way that matters, the version changes and an owner or admin must accept the new version before the workspace can make further changes.
12. Warranty and liability
Clipwright is provided as it is, without promises beyond those in these terms and those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, Clipwright is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Some markets don't allow these limits, and nothing here removes rights the law gives you.
