Clipwright Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-10-14-draft
Draft, not reviewed by a lawyer. This policy is a working draft written from Clipwright's product rules. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before any paid launch. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies.
This policy is part of the Clipwright Terms of Service. It applies to everything recorded, made or posted with Clipwright.
You must not
- Record products, apps or accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to record.
- Impersonate another company or person, or use another company's name or logo as your own.
- Make deceptive demos: fake screens, faked data or states, or claims about features your product doesn't have.
- Make or post illegal content, adult content, gambling, or financial schemes.
- Show personal data you have no right to show. Use demo accounts and blur private details.
- Post spam: bulk, near-identical or misleading posts.
- Post anything that breaks the rules of the platform you post to, including its rules on labelling AI-made content.
- Record anyone's voice or likeness without their consent, or try to copy someone's voice.
- Try to get around verification, rate limits, the watermark rules or any other safeguard, or use Clipwright to attack, overload or probe other systems.
What happens when it's broken
Automated checks may block a video or a post. Depending on how serious it is, we then warn the workspace, turn off automatic posting, or suspend it; serious cases may be suspended at once. Every step is recorded. A suspended company or person may not sign up again under a new workspace.
Reporting abuse
Anyone can report a video made with Clipwright by writing to support@emavicglobalconcept.com with the subject "Abuse report". Reports are reviewed, and content is removed or workspaces suspended where needed.
